Non-NHS Services

Some services provided by the practice are not covered under our NHS contract and therefore attract a private fee. These fees are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) recommended rates and reflect the time, resources, and administrative work required.

Our Reception Team will be happy to advise you about current fees and appointment availability for these services.

• DVLA letters
• Health declaration letters
• Disability or mobility permit letters
• Insurance forms

• Mortgage protection forms
• Insurance claim forms (sickness, critical illness, holiday cancellation)
• Firearms license medical reports
• Fitness to travel forms

• HGV / LGV medicals
• Taxi driver medicals
• Private insurance medicals
